Ajay Jain has spent nearly three decades in enterprise technology — architecting distributed platforms, building engineering organisations, and leading large-scale programmes across banking, manufacturing, retail, and public sector. His career has moved fluidly between hands-on architecture work and senior leadership, often at the same time.

At ITC Infotech, he built the Cloud Practice from early stage into a multi-disciplinary delivery organisation directing multi-million dollar modernisation engagements for global clients. At Deloitte Consulting, as Specialist Leader, he worked with Fortune-ranked enterprises on cloud platform engineering and distributed systems architecture across regulated industries.

The same structural challenge surfaced across those programmes, repeatedly. Engineering teams were spending months assembling infrastructure — service registries, deployment pipelines, configuration management, messaging, observability — before writing a line of business logic. Every organisation approached it differently and from scratch. That pattern, repeated across too many programmes to ignore, became the founding premise for Kiwify Labs.
